NEW HINO MODELS ARRIVE

With the coming introduction of ADR 80/03 Hino are updating the range to exceed those standards.
The 300 series now comes with a ADR 80/03 Compliant engine, as well as the introduction of electric heated mirrors. Also the Hybrid is now aviable with a automatic transmission.
The 500 Series will have an engine update in the coming months, but already features new style mirrors and an all new interior.
The 700 Series now includes a Automated Manual in the SS. As well as a new ISRI seat.

HINO 500 SERIES LEADS ON SAFETY

Hino has raised the bar on truck safety as well as technology.
Hino's medium-duty 500 Series trucks have a full safety package as standard equipment.
That's in addition to leading-edge fuel efficiency and low emissions from the company's latest range of Euro 5 trucks.
The new Euro 5-compliant 500 Series has cabin strength certification to ECE-29 standards and driver's SRS airbag, including for 4x4 models.
All Euro 5 models, including 4x4 models, have ABS brakes as standard equipment.
All 4x2 manual transmission models have Hino Easy Start (ES) for hill-start assist.
The Hino ES system is fully adjustable for load and time taken for take-off, thereby increasing safety and ease of operation by maintaining sufficient brake pressure to prevent roll-back until the manual clutch is engaged.
All standard-cab models equipped with the J07 engine (FC, FD and FE) have a switchable Anti-Slip Regulator, and the FC model has retained the unique and highly functional four-wheel brake lock system.
Hino 500 Series has cruise control as standard equipment - plus the active safety feature of heated, power-operated exterior mirrors.
Vehicle security features include an integrated engine immobiliser and new long-range keyless entry.
Hino Australia's divisional manager, product strategy & development, Alex Stewart, said Hino's new range of Euro 5-rated trucks was undoubtedly among the safest and cleanest on the market.
"It brings new levels of safety and environmental benefits to the Australian customer - in addition to new levels of fuel efficiency," he said.
